YFMA-540 fully automatic laminating machine is designed by the company to solve the production needs of small-batch users in the market. This equipment can solve the problems of hanging tags, images, digital printing, commercial printing, books and periodicals, and self-adhesive laminating.

1. Automatic paper feeder is used to implement paper feeding, laminating, slitting, and automatic trimming to complete the laminating process at one time.
2. The overlap is controlled by servo motor, and the operation only needs to input the length of the paper on the touch screen to realize automatic laminating, and the overlap error can reach ±2mm.
3. Electromagnetic heating method ensures accurate temperature control.
4. Auto paper collector equipped with pat device stacks and tidies up finished product. (vibrating paper delivery table is optional)
5. Hydraulic pressuring system provides large and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.
6. The main electrical appliances are imported to ensure the stable operation of the machine.
7. Anti-curvature device: when going through anti-curvature device, the laminated paper shall be leveled at once and wont curve again after cut.
8. Air expansion shaft releases film, and precisionizes film release, and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll more convenient.
9. Film cutter cuts film width to make it meet paper size. The cut film is left on the film release spindle.
10. Film perforating wheel perforates film edge for the automatic cut of laminated paper.
11. Equipped with a corrugated paper device, the paper output and collection are more smooth.
