1.Auto feeder
The paper feeder is an important component of the automatic inline coating machine. It can feed paper into the main machine more smoothly, avoiding jamming.
Our machine adopts a continuous paper feeding method, which features a compact structure, convenient operation, a high degree of automation, and high precision in paper feeding. The main components of the paper feeder include the paper feeding bridge, paper feeding head, paper stacking table, lifting system, and transmission system.
(1) Adopt oil-free vacuum air pump paper suction system;

2.Basic oil coating head(with air knife)
The basic head guarantees a uniform UV layer on paper, which improves the adhesion between ink and UV varnish.
Basic coating head unit has the following features:
(1) Apply basic oil to fill the capillaries on the paper surface;
(2) Increase the adhesion between UV coating and ink; reduce the penetration of the coating to maintain the pure whiteness of the paper;
(3) Save the consumption of high-grade oil products such as expensive UV oil, touch oil, and film-replacing oil;
(4) Detachable lower scraper, easy to clean and change the blade, and scrape more cleanly
(5) The main drive system adopts synchronous belt drive, double bearing pressure-resistant design, precise and durable
(6) Roll paper failure, automatic stop, automatic alarm.
(7) Castings are processed in one piece, with strong rigidity, stability and durability!
(8) Equipped with highly sensitive air knife system (optional) suitable for both thick paper and thin paper coating;
3. IR Curing System
The water-based infrared dryer uses infrared radiation that partly reflects off the coating surface, a part of it is reflected by the surface of the coating, and the rest enters the coating. Thermal energy raises the temperature of the coating, accelerating the drying process.
(1) It can be used as a water-based or solvent coating liquid for drying after coating;
(2) The IR light box is equipped with a temperature sensor. When the temperature in the light box reaches the set value, the temperature will be constant;
(3) The cooling fan system allows the paper to be dried quickly without sticking;
(4) The IR drying equipment uses energy-saving hot air circulation drying method: more energy-saving;
(5) The paper is fed without teeth and the air is sucked and attached to the paper. It is stable and does not move crooked, float or pile up;
(6) Teflon conveyor belt: no deformation, no dragging, UV protection, strong and durable, and the conveyor belt has an automatic deviation correction system
(7) The IR drying consists of 18 lamps divided into 2 groups, with automatic constant temperature setting and independent temperature control;
(8) A safety wire is provided under the lampshade to prevent the paper from floating or the lamp from catching fire.
(9) The conveyor belt stops and self-extinguishes to prevent blockage and fire;
(10) The IR drying system uses light drying, which is not affected by ventilation. It can efficiently dry the bottom oil layer on the surface of the paper without causing the paper to expand or contract due to heat;
(11) It uses blast cooling, which has the advantages of high wind pressure, high air volume control stability, low noise, and automatic operation. It is faster and more effective than the traditional fan ventilation system;
The main body of the drying tunnel adopts IR drying and fan cooling, which has better cooling effect, saves more electricity, and saves energy.
4.Oil coating (with optional air knife device)
The machine applies a layer of coating oil on printed matter, followed by leveling and drying.
(1) With uniform coating effect and fine-tuning control of the amount of feeding, making the paper smooth and glossy;
(2) Surface oil coating main machine, with highly sensitive air knife system/computer control (optional) suitable for both thick and thin paper
(3) The main roller adopts a 55 diameter shaft head and heavy-duty bearings, which is durable and stable;
(4) The coating system is adjusted on one side, with pressure display, and convenient and fast operation;
(5) The oil roller roll paper automatic monitoring shutdown and alarm system, low-speed jog debugging, paper processing and paper output
(7) No teeth suction attachment and paper feeding, no skew;
(8) Coating roller cleaning device, double-loop oil supply and cleaning system to avoid oil circuit blockage, oil tank
Oil volume automatic monitoring and warning, spray Teflon material, non-sticky, easy to clean;
(9) The main transmission system adopts synchronous belt drive, double bearing pressure-resistant design, precision and durability;
(10) The gluing part adopts three-roller reverse coating, and the maximum diameter of the gluing roller is 165mm.
(11) The gluing is uniform and delicate, saving glue and cost;
(12) The detachable lower scraper is easy to clean and change the blade, and scrapes more cleanly
5.UV dryer
(1) sucking and outside air system
(2) The UV part adopts 8-12KW adjustable electronic light source, which has greatly improved safety performance than the traditional voltage source light source.The light source can adjust the brightness automatically as the change of machine's running speed, which can be changed from 30% to 100%. Thus the average energy consumption is saved by more than 30%.
6.Automatic stacker
The automatic paper delivery machine is equipped with a fan-cooled paper pressing structure, which can perfectly deliver the paper under the high-speed operation of the machine, ensuring that the paper is delivered neatly.
(1) The belt has low-noise paper delivery, and the upper and lower pressure rails are designed to ensure smooth and smooth delivery.
(2) Vacuum suction paper stabilizer device to keep the paper stable; to avoid curling of thin paper coating,
(3) The delivery table can be raised and lowered manually;
(4) The upper and lower limit protection devices of the delivery table;(5) Automatic lowering device of delivery table, and delivery limit paper stop and alarm system;
