Features

1. The main machine adopts three-roller coating method, with a gluing roller diameter of 165mm, a metering roller diameter of 110mm and a pressure roller diameter of 138mm to ensure that the surface coating has no lines and no orange peel. The three rollers use large-size bearings to ensure transmission accuracy and increase service life.
2. The main motor adopts a variable frequency speed regulation motor. Stable performance. The transmission adopts synchronous pulley transmission to ensure that there is no streak phenomenon in the coating and no noise in high-speed operation.
3. The large-size touch screen control operation is simpler and more convenient, with a humanized operation interface, front and rear conveying, one-key acceleration for paper collection, and one-key startup to save operation time.
4. Equipped with an automatic large-scale paper feeder, using Zhejiang Jucheng Feida head, the paper feeding is stable and reliable.
5. Unique bottom roller automatic cleaning system, double oil pan device, the lower roller is immersed in the small oil pan when working, which can effectively clean the lower roller and prevent the oil from drying out during shutdown.
6. The bridge part adopts a suction device to prevent the paper from skewing.
7. Double oil tanks are used for oil supply. Equipped with a stirring pump. Separate the varnish from the matt oil. Reduce the cleaning work when changing the oil.
8. The conveyor belt adopts Teflon mesh belt, and the suction system is configured below to make the paper feeding smoother. Equipped with automatic mesh belt deviation correction system
8. Standard configuration 3 UV and 27 IR lamps, the oven is equipped with a temperature probe, constant temperature control, saving electricity, equipped with automatic temperature control system.

Machine details

Automatic high-speed water based coating machine has a one-key acceleration function. After the main machine accelerates, the oven, paper delivery, feeder, and metering roller will all change according to the speed of the main machine.
The metering roller controls the oil thickness, which can be set on the touch screen.

Auto feeding

IR Drying System

4: Equipped with a ventilation system, there is a strong suction device composed of an exhaust fan and a wind box, which can extract ozone, dissipate heat and make the paper not easy to curl in the furnace, but can pass smoothly.
5: Equipped with automatic correction system, (double correction, double over-limit protection). The paper conveying adopts the imported Teflon conveyor belt, which can prevent ultraviolet rays, is strong and durable, does not support the paper, the electric eye detects the Teflon conveyor belt, and the automatic homing correction device
6: The whole process of suction to ensure that the coating products will not float and do not pile up paper. The oven is equipped with iron wire protection to prevent the paper from floating on the paper and cause a fire.

Cooling system

After the paper dries out, it is quickly air-cooled to make the paper dry faster without anti-sticking.
