This Automatic Spot UV Coating Machine can apply spot and full uv coating to printed material such as books, advertisements, color boxes,posters, packaging, improving the look and quality of the final products.

1.The Automatic Spot UV Coating Machine is equipped with a paper pre-stacking system, enabling non-stop continuous feeding and delivery without the need for any manual operation during operation, making it simple and efficient.

2. This equipment features a high level of intelligence, supporting one-button startup and speed adjustment—far faster and more efficient than ordinary segmented control methods.

3. Its shaft head is enlarged by 55mm, ensuring stability during high-speed operation, resistance to deformation, and better coating results.

4. The synchronous belt drive device offers excellent operational stability, with almost no vibration felt during operation.

5. The oil shield features high precision and is less susceptible to water ingress compared to traditional designs.

6. Integrated with a high-efficiency offset press feeder (12,000 sheets/hour), it enables the equipment to maintain fast and stable operation.

7.An advanced pre-stacking system enables continuous paper feeding, significantly reducing paper feeding time and lowering manual labor intensity.

8. In terms of ink supply, it is equipped with a ceramic anilox roller (80-120 mesh), which ensures uniform and delicate ink output, supports different ink types, and achieves a coating weight of 3-10 grams per square meter.

9. The closed scraper design combined with an internal oil circuit circulation can effectively prevent ink leakage and reduce ink consumption and waste.

10. The main machine uses offset printing tooth-type feeding, allowing smooth operation with paper of varying thicknesses.

11. Equipped with 18 infrared lamps and 3 UV lamps, each controlled independently for flexible curing adjustment.

12. The air knife is easy to operate, with high-precision deviation correction that tightens evenly on both sides, avoiding mesh belt damage.

13. Fitted with a durable three-roller system (tooth, plate, anilox), it ensures uniform coating for water-based, oil-based, and ink-absorbent materials.

2. Coating unit（basic oil coating head）

- Coating speed: 6,000-7,500 sheets/hour.
- Large-diameter imprint drum (dynamically balanced) ensures a flat oil film. The dual-shaft oil transfer, used in conjunction with a scraper, allows for better oil quantity control.
- Coating drum uses screw-fixed clamp: simple, durable.
- Reversible roller oil transfer: easy conversion, flexible thickness adjustment.
- Optional: ceramic anilox roller with cavity scraper or standard scraper.

3. UV dryer and IR dryer

- UV drying: 3 UV mercury lamps for rapid UV varnish curing.
- Supports full/half-light switching.
- Built-in auto temperature control and electronic fault protection.
- Water-based IR drying for water-based varnish curing.

4. Cooling system

- After the paper dries out, it is quickly air-cooled to make the paper dry faster without anti-sticking.

5. Automatic paper stacker

-Photoelectric paper control with auto-lifting.

- Dual safety for feeder lifting.

- Equipped with a pneumatic paper flap function, it allows customizing the number and time of paper beating to ensure the neatness   of paper output.
