Main Features

Automatic spot uv coating machine is suitable for partial overprinting or full glazing of texts and patterns on printed materials such as books, advertisements, color boxes, and films, which can improve the grade of printed materials and increase their beauty.

1. Paper pre-stacker, to achieve non-stop paper feeding and collection.

2. High degree of intelligence, one-button start acceleration, more convenient and efficient than traditional segmented control.

3. The shaft head is enlarged by 55mm, which is more stable and firm than the traditional 35mm at high speed, no deformation, and good gluing effect!

4. Synchronous belt drive, the equipment is more stable, no shaking, and the surface texture effect of high-end products will be better.

5. The oil shield has high precision and is less likely to get water than the traditional oil shield.

6. High-speed offset press feeder (12,000 sheets/hour) is used to ensure fast and stable operation.

7. The latest pre-stacker design is adopted, and paper is fed continuously, which greatly saves paper feeding time and reduces the labor intensity of operators.

8. Ceramic anilox roller is used for oil supply, and the oil output is uniform. 80-120 mesh. Different types of oil can be selected to achieve 3-10 grams of oil per square meter.

9. Adopt closed scraper, oil circuit internal circulation, no oil outflow, effectively reduce oil loss and volatilization.

10. The main machine adopts offset printing machine toothed paper feeding, and different thicknesses of paper can work smoothly.

11. Equipped with 18 IR lamps and 3 UV lamps, which are controlled separately and cannot be used at the same time.

12. The wind knife is easy to operate! High-precision deviation correction, tight on both sides, no softening deformation and damage to the mesh belt.

13. Three-roller design, tooth roller, plate roller, anilox roller. Stable and durable, suitable for water-based, oily, oil-absorbing, and uniform coating effect.

- Coating drum adopts screw fixed clamping device, which is simple and durable.
- Roller forward and backward oil transfer structure, easy conversion, flexible thickness adjustment.
- Optional ceramic anilox roller and cavity scraper or ordinary scraper.

3. UV dryer and IR dryer

- UV drying equipment adopts three UV mercury lamps, which can quickly solidify UV varnish.
- Equipped with full/half light conversion.
- Built-in automatic temperature control and electronic abnormal jumping.
- Water - based IR drying equipment, can dry water - based varnish.

4. Cooling system

- After the paper dries out, it is quickly air-cooled to make the paper dry faster without anti-sticking.

5. Automatic paper stacker
