Automatic UV Coating Machine

The fully automatic UV coating machine is a product specially customized by our company based on the needs of domestic and foreign markets. It is an innovative model newly developed by drawing on the technologies of HP Indigo and DMC coating machines. Our equipment is simple to operate and has excellent performance, suitable for coating printed materials such as advertisements, books, and labels with UV and water-based varnishes. It effectively reduces the production of defective products, enhances moisture resistance, and also features improved aesthetics and wear resistance.

Features

The fully automatic UV coating machine occupies a small area and is an energy-saving glazing equipment, suitable for high-quality UV glazing treatment of small-sized and large-batch paper products. Our equipment features a compact structure and simple operation, offering flexibility that large-scale glazing equipment cannot match.

1.The main machine adopts a three-roll coating method, with a glue roller diameter of 120mm, a metering roller diameter of 90mm, and a pressure roller diameter of 120mm, ensuring the coating surface is uniform, delicate and free of orange peel.
2.The main motor uses a variable frequency speed regulating motor with high stability.
3.Large-size touch screen control makes operation simpler and more convenient, and it also has a one-key start function.
4.Equipped with a medium-sized automatic paper feeder with high feeding stability.
5.The unique bottom roller automatic cleaning system is matched with a double oil pan device. When working, the lower roller is immersed in the small oil pan, which can effectively clean the lower roller and prevent wear caused by oil drying during shutdown.
6.The transition section adopts a suction device, which can effectively prevent paper skewing.
7.A diaphragm pump is used to reduce the workload of oil change.

8.The conveyor belt uses a Teflon mesh belt, and a suction system is equipped below to make paper feeding smoother.
9.Standard configuration: 1 UV and 6 IR lamps, the oven is equipped with temperature probes, constant temperature control, saving electricity, and equipped with an automatic temperature control system.
10.The auto stacker runs independently and adopts pneumatic paper pat.
