1. Our Automatic High Speed Coating Machine features intelligent speed co-adjustment and one-button start/stop functionality.

2.The Automatic High Speed Coating Machine is equipped with a high-speed paper feeding device that adopts a four-suction and four-feed structure to ensure stable paper feeding, thereby achieving the upper and lower limit protection function of the paper feeder. It is also fitted with a double or multiple paper feed detection device, enabling stepless frequency conversion paper feeding. The paper feeding platform lifting protection device has been upgraded, and a micro switch is installed on the paper platform to prevent collisions.

3. Powder remover: can effectively remove paper dust. (Optional) 4. The conveyor plate adopts customized stainless steel corrugated plate.

5. Main machine adopts a three-roller coating structure (coating roller diameter is 185mm). Equipped with a drum reversing mechanism, the machine can make the coating more uniform and delicate with a smooth surface, while also saving oil consumption.

6.The constant temperature infrared (IR) light box allows temperature settings according to customer requirements. Real-time temperature adjustment not only saves energy consumption but also enables faster drying of the oil layer. Additionally, it is equipped with a high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt, which realizes the automatic deviation correction protection function.

1.Auto feeder

The paper feeding device features a four-suction and four-delivery function. Paper is conveyed by a conveyor belt, whose width and length can be adjusted. This enables free adjustment of specifications, making the lamination operation more convenient and less prone to deviation.
