Our YFMD series fully automatic high-speed laminating machines are designed for adhesive-free (pre-coated) lamination. They require no glue application and are easy to operate. They offer a high degree of automation, high laminating efficiency, excellent heating performance, and high precision. They utilize a programmable electrical system. The interactive touchscreen interface makes operation simple and straightforward, offering excellent value for money.

Features(pre-coating film laminating)

1. Fully Automatic High-Speed Feeder: The machine features a fully automatic high-speed printing feeder with speeds up to 100 meters per minute. A non-stop pre-stacking system significantly improves efficiency.

2. High-Precision Stacking Control: Servo control synchronizes with the feeder, ensuring stacking accuracy within ±2mm. This ensures high precision.

3. Automatic Shutdown Protection System: Equipped with an automatic shutdown protection system, the system automatically shuts down in the event of a paper break, paper shortage, or stacking error, protecting the machine and the operator.

4. UV Curing: Enhances film strength and solves the problem of insufficient viscosity.

5. Heating and Drying System: Equipped with a heating device, the machine starts and heats up quickly within 5 to 1 minutes, significantly reducing energy consumption.

6. Fully Automatic Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system ensures a more secure lamination.

7. Human-Machine Interface: A 10-inch color touch screen is easy to operate, allowing operators to make adjustments more conveniently.

8. Air Shaft and Tension Control System: Pneumatic tensioning facilitates film loading, and precise positioning is achieved via the air shaft dial. Furthermore, the intelligent force adjustment system ensures optimal lamination results.

9. High-Precision Slitting System: Equipped with a disc blade and pneumatic film cutter, the system is servo-controlled, offering fast slitting speeds and is capable of slitting BOPPOPP film without tails. (For customers using PET, PVC, or aluminized film, a chain knife slitter is optional.)

10. Anti-Curl Mechanism: A thin paper flattening and anti-curling mechanism and a corrugated paper feed mechanism are specifically designed for thin paper, ensuring a smoother, flatter finish.

11. Automatic Paper Delivery: Equipped with an infrared sensor and counting function.
