1. Feeder adopts oil-free vacuum air pump paper suction system to automatically feed paper, and pre-stack paper feeding improves work efficiency.

2. The automatic paper feeding system is equipped with a photoelectric controlled automatic shutdown protection device for paper shortage and paper break.

3. The paper feeding table adopts suction paper feeding, servo motor, and is equipped with front gauge, pull gauge and other devices to ensure smooth and neat paper feeding and paper stacking, and at the same time improve the accuracy and adjustability of paper laminating.

4. Human-machine interface system: color touch screen, simple and convenient operation, directly input the length and stacking distance of the paper to be processed, and realize the automation of the whole machine operation. The operator can check the working status of the machine at any time from the touch screen.

5. The electromagnetic heating method has excellent constant temperature performance and ensures uniform and stable laminating temperature.

6. The automatic oil pressure system can provide stable laminating pressure, and the pressure can be adjusted accordingly according to needs.

7. The air expansion film release shaft is convenient for film roll loading and unloading, and the film release positioning is accurate. The film release shaft is equipped with a tension control system to control the film release tension and film release speed.

8. The film slitting knife can cut the film width to make it suitable for the paper width.

9. The film perforating knife can punch holes on the edge of the film to smoothly realize automatic slitting.

10. Anti-bending device: The paper after lamination is shaped by the anti-bending device so that the paper will not curl after slitting.

11. The pneumatic slitting system can automatically slit the laminated paper, and the disc slitting knife cuts the film to cut the notch more effectively.

12. The paper after slitting adopts the corrugated paper system to feed the paper, which solves the problem of difficult paper collection after thin paper lamination.

13. The automatic paper collection machine automatically receives and sorts. It is easy to adjust and the paper collection is neat.
