1. Automatic paper feeding system.

The paper feeder is a crucial component of the laminating machine, ensuring stable, smooth, and efficient operation.

This machine utilizes continuous paper feeding, boasting a high degree of automation, compact structure, excellent performance, easy operation, and accurate and precise paper feeding. The main components of the paper feeder include the paper bridge, paper feed head, paper stacking platform, lifting system, and transmission system.

(1) Uses an oil-free vacuum pump suction system;

(2) The paper feeder on the production line uses vacuum adsorption positioning and conveying to ensure stability;

(3) The paper feeder is equipped with upper and lower limit protection devices and can be manually raised and lowered quickly;

(4) The paper feeder is equipped with an automatic feeding and feeding system;

(5) Uses servo technology, PLC control and human-computer interaction system for centralized control. Paper stacking error is ±2mm;
