This machine can be used for cardboard and corrugated paper. It adopts the bottom paper extraction method of non-stop paper feeding to separate the paper pile by single sheet. After pushing and positioning, flexible plate module printing glue, stable and accurate film cutting and horizontal knife cutting. It realizes the film laminating function on windows of tissue boxes, gift boxes, toy boxes, shirt boxes, milk boxes, etc.

Description
Punching and Creasing Window Patching Machine is suitable for automatic film lamination of windows of tissue boxes, cosmetic boxes, gift boxes, clothing boxes, toy boxes and other window boxes. It is also applicable to corrugated paper and special-shaped boxes.
1)The paper feeder is controlled by servo motor, the belt is from Poland. No-stop feeding paper, no overlapping paper or missing paper.
2)The paper moving system adopt pushing chain and air sucking belt. They have positioning function, insure the paper comes same place in same time.
3)Glue part adopt flexo printing technology. We can adjust the place of glue on the paper without any stop. When missing paper, glue part will up in case of the glue leaves on the air sucking belt.
4)Film cutting part adopt our patented technology and design. The film length is controlled by servo motor in PLC. The place of paper is controlled by cylinder. Because of this set of design, the accuracy is ±0.5mm.
