TC-1080B Double line Window Patching Machine is suitable for laminating paper products with windows or without windows, such as mobile phone boxes, wine boxes, gift boxes, napkin boxes, cosmetic boxes, children's toy boxes, clothing boxes, etc.
1. With flat film window pasting function, dual-channel speed can reach 42,000 sheets per hour, film thickness range 0.03 - 0.25mm, film width range 30-900mm. Accuracy reaches ±1mm.

The paper feeding part is controlled by a servo motor. The paper pile moves intermittently with the paper support. The belt has a long service life and can gradually separate and transport paper products to the paper feeding part in a stable and orderly manner.
Dual paper servo control, the paper feeding mechanism is equipped with two conveying chains with push blocks, the push blocks can be adjusted forward, backward, left and right according to the shape of the paper, and equipped with 2 photoelectric sensors to detect the paper in place in time.
The gluing section is servo controlled, and the gluing section is controlled separately. It adopts an adjustable local gluing structure according to the requirements of paper products. The gluing amount and gluing position can be easily adjusted to save glue. The gluing section is easy to pull out and clean. The gluing roller automatically rises and stops gluing when the machine is stopped or there is a lack of sheets. When the machine is stopped, the paper feeding section automatically sinks, and the glue is not easy to be printed on the conveyor belt.
The film cutting roller has two knives, an upper knife and a lower knife, which complete the film segmentation. The suction roller sucks the film onto the suction roller below.
The paper products with window film are sent to the belt on the paper collection table by the conveyor flat belt, and the paper products are piled up and collected.
