PTE2-120 Paper Tube Making Machine, the design concept is simple, compact and stable.
The standard production of 3-inch paper tubes (inner diameter 76.2mm) with a thickness of less than 10mm, the maximum production paper tube inner diameter is 200mm.
Production use reference: paper tubes for chemical fiber, various packaging composite cans, various small industrial paper core tubes.
The production of spiral paper tubes is completed from gluing, winding, to cutting as required.

1. The main body is made of heavy steel plate and welded after CNC cutting. The frame is stable and not easy to deform, and the vibration is small.
2. The main drive adopts hardened tooth surface full oil bath gear reduction, low noise, low heat, high speed and large torque.
3. The main motor adopts vector type high torque inverter speed regulation.
4. Equipped with hydraulic belt tensioning device, belt tension sensor, and belt angle sensor, which can automatically adjust the belt tension and angle.
5. Equipped with CNC synchronous shearing system, the cutting table is driven by precision ball screw and high-performance servo motor.
6. Equipped with pulse fixed length control, with feed forward compensation function, to ensure consistent cutting length at different host running speeds.
7. Adopting dual PLC control system, IO output control and functional operation are controlled separately to improve cutting response speed, and cutting length control is more accurate than before.
