1. The whole machine frame is made of thick steel plate and is welded through secondary processing, which greatly improves the stability and durability of the equipment.

4. Equipped with a hydraulic mechanism linkage tension and angle sensor to automatically adjust the belt tension to ensure stable operation.

5. Equipped with a synchronous cutting system that uses a combination of ball screw and servo motor to achieve high-precision and high-response cutting operations.

6. Equipped with a pulse signal and feedforward compensation system to ensure that the cutting length is always consistent at various speeds.

7. Through the dual independent PLC architecture, the signal control and function calculation are separated to optimize the cutting efficiency and length control accuracy.

8. The newly upgraded large-screen color touch screen interface makes the operation more convenient and the interface more visible.

9. Equipped with an intelligent paper feeding device, it automatically senses and stops when the paper breaks to prevent misoperation.

10. The integrated structure with electrified control efficiently integrates the paper roll holder, glue coating rack and paper feeding mechanism.

11. The modular design of the electrical wiring of the whole machine improves the maintainability and convenience of replacement of the system.

12. It supports the expansion of network functions, connecting production lines or other equipment, and has remote monitoring and maintenance capabilities, and supports the standard industrial communication protocol MODBUS TCP.

Multifunctional bottom paper feeding system

Integrates multiple key components, including automatic paper tray feeding device, roller-type single-sided gluing module, lubricating oil rolling system, and encoder-based paper tape length and speed detection module to achieve integrated control of paper conveying, gluing and monitoring.

Standard configuration 16-layer waterfall glue rack: (other glue devices are optional)
Features: The overall glue rack is low in height and easy to operate, using a 3kw screw glue pump for circulating glue and a polyurethane hose for scraping glue.

Standard configuration 16-layer 90-degree integral paper tray:
Features: The paper tray is loaded by electric crane, and the paper tray is easy to operate.
With powered paper tray angle adjustment device.
Maximum paper tray diameter is 1500mm (customizable above 1500mm).
