AEM-800 automatic die cutting and creasing machine is used to die-cut various papers, cardboards, corrugated boards, plastic boards (such as PVC, PP), with die-cutting, creasing and embossing functions.

1. The press machine is driven by Taiwan TECO main motor and equipped with Panasonic inverter; the operation of the whole machine is controlled by PLC centralized control system, which can automatically check the working status, test abnormal status and record the working status. According to European safety standards, we design rationally to perfectly combine operability and safety.
2. The advanced start-up alarm system will remind the operator to leave the unsafe area. Automatically detect the whole process, if there is a fault, no paper or paper jam, the pneumatic clutch will automatically separate and stop, thereby reducing the waste of paper and protecting employees and equipment.

The core of the plate press, such as the crankshaft, worm gear, etc., are all imported high-grade alloy steel, processed by quenching and high-temperature tempering, and have a long service life.
6. The core parts lubrication system is equipped with a circulating oil cooling system to reduce the scrap rate and extend the service life of the parts. It is also equipped with an oil pressure display device and an alarm device for insufficient oil and air pressure.

The pressure-bearing part is made of high ductile iron QT500, which has high strength and no deformation; the crankshaft and worm gear are wear-resistant.

The humanized design of the mold frame and base plate as well as the convenient mold turning device make installation and adjustment easy.
