1. Feeding Part

Adopt pneumatic front lay(regulator), can control lap accurately. Pressure gauge helps control the laminating pressure. Man-machine interface controlling plate is easy to operate.

2. Lamination Part

The diameter 320 chromed roller is equipped with a built-in oil heating system, the temperature is more even and stable.
Adopt air shaft, convenient for film roll to load and unload, accurate positioning, and film release tightness can be adjusted as needed.

3. Cutting Part

Adopt pneumatic separating rollers, equipped with IR sensor, can ensure machine running in a good condition. Anti-curvature device is designed for thin paper, make the delivery more aligned and steady.
Spring punch(perforation) knife helps the pneumatic separating device cut the sheets without waste film.
Guiding wheel ensures stable delivery.
