The paper is discharged smoothly without skew, and is equipped with a suction device and a punching belt, with electrically controlled left and right baffles, an auxiliary paper support, a monitoring screen, and a pneumatic auxiliary paper feeder.
The cardboard sent out by the paper feeding unit is corrected and guided by the correction unit to make the cardboard run straight.
The upper pressure drive of the correction unit can be adjusted up and down to adapt to different cardboard thicknesses and provide stability guarantee.
Mechanical left and right lower glue cylinders, with separate glue wheel and glue cylinder design, high speed without glue throwing, easy to clean and maintain.
The glue wheel is 5mm wide and can be replaced according to the product.
Multi-angle guide wheels and large-size folding belts are equipped with high-power motors to produce three-layer and five-layer corrugated boxes to make the folding boxes more stable.
The upper and lower belt recessed plates can be independently controlled in multiple directions by independent motors. The left and right plates can adjust their speeds independently. The belt speed difference can further enhance the correction effect, and the speed difference can increase the distance between the paper box and the front end, ensuring that the product can be produced smoothly without paper collision.
