Pre-start Preparation

1. Safety Check: Confirm the equipment is in good working order and check that the emergency stop button is in the normal reset position; ensure the embossing roller/plate surface is clean to avoid damage to the material or equipment during embossing.

2. Ensure the mold is securely installed and aligned without deviation.

3. Parameter Preset: Adjust equipment parameters, pressure, temperature, and speed.

4. Power On: Start the Industrial-grade embossing machine and run it idle for 1-2 minutes to observe whether the embossing roller/plate runs smoothly. A small amount of test material can be used for trial pressing.
Fine-tune the parameters according to the test results to achieve the desired effect.

5. During production, periodically sample finished products, checking the texture quality every 10-20 pieces and adjusting parameters promptly to prevent the effect from being affected by equipment heat or pressure changes.

6. Shutdown and Finishing Work
After production is completed, turn off the main power supply and clean the equipment to keep it tidy.

Safety Precautions

Do not put your hands or tools into the pressing area during operation to avoid crushing injuries; if you need to clean debris, you must stop the machine and disconnect the power first.

If abnormal noises or material jamming occur during equipment operation, immediately press the emergency stop button. After stopping the machine, troubleshoot the problem. Do not operate the machine while it is malfunctioning.

Non-operators must not touch the equipment buttons or switches to avoid accidental operation that could lead to a safety accident.
