The Automatic UV Coating Machine adopts a three-roll coating method (glue roller diameter 120mm, metering roller diameter 90mm, pressure roller diameter 120mm), ensuring the coating surface is uniform, delicate and free of orange peel. Equipped with a variable frequency speed regulating main motor, which maintains high stability during operation and effectively reduces defective product rates. The standard configuration includes 1 UV lamp and 6 IR lamps, with the oven equipped with temperature probes and constant temperature control, realizing precise temperature regulation, ensuring consistent glazing effect and saving electricity.
Equipped with a large-size touch screen control system and one-key start function, making operation simple and convenient, reducing the learning cost of operators. The independent auto stacker with pneumatic paper pat and medium-sized automatic paper feeder ensure high stability of feeding and stacking, improving the overall production efficiency. The transition section is equipped with a suction device to prevent paper skewing, and the conveyor belt uses a Teflon mesh belt with a lower suction system, ensuring smooth paper feeding and avoiding production interruptions.
It is an energy-saving glazing equipment with small floor area, suitable for small-sized and large-batch production, and has higher flexibility than large-scale glazing equipment. Adopts a diaphragm pump to reduce the workload of oil change, saving maintenance time and labor costs. The unique bottom roller automatic cleaning system matched with a double oil pan device can effectively clean the lower roller and prevent wear caused by oil drying during shutdown, extending the service life of the equipment.
